Survivor unreachable :: 06/28/2017
Starting a short while ago (20:16 PM) the Survivor server became unreachable. Looking like a border router may have failed, so this portion of the datacenter is unreachable. We're reaching out to the DC to find out what's going on, and will post more once we learn something.

UPDATE: Looks like we're back now (20:35 PM), just waiting for word on the cause. Sorry for the downtime, folks!
It would seem the cause was a loss of power to the rack the server sits in, and not a router after all. Quickly resolved, and done.

Mailscanner installed! :: 02/23/2017
Since the standard mail filtering offered with Cpanel (SpamAssassin, now disabled) is a somewhat weak solution to the onslaught of junk mail these days, we've now installed something much more robust: Mailscanner. You should see a link to configure that within your Cpanel account under the email section. With this, we're able to disallow based on far more criteria, to weed out the junk from legitimate senders. You should see an immediate drop in spam, which will increase in accuracy over time as it learns the patterns of mail it receives.
As always, let us know if you have any questions. Enjoy!
