Server SSL certificate updated :: 02/06/2016
We've just updated the server SSL certificate today, which may cause the programs you use (email, FTP, Cpanel, etc) to connect to it to complain about the certificate being "wrong". It's still the same secure connection as it was before this, but the certificate itself has changed, triggering warnings on occasion. Safe to allow connection, as long as the certificate is still in the name of the server as it was before.
Domain Name Details Verification :: 04/21/2014
As of January 1, 2014, any changes to your domain name's registrant (owner) information will trigger an email requesting you confirm the details are accurate. The email you receive will contain a link that has, in part, the following address: "raa.name-services.com". The actual link will be much longer and contain a string of letters and numbers at the end. Make sure it's going to that domain before clicking, then please confirm your information.
The new regulation handed down from ICANN (the governing body for domain name spaces) states that failure to confirm that within a 2 week period will result in the domain being suspended until it's corrected. This suspension is out of our control, but if you need help in resolving it (like an email change or resending the confirmation request), open a ticket with us to discuss it.
